I am working to model a specific Trinity 144 sport-fishing yacht to create a scale model for a charity silent auction. This 'Bad Company' yacht has a specific design and I can't find any existing CAD models of any Trinity yachts as they are all one-of-a-kind.
No existing model of the yacht and no access to it but have a good amount of high-resolution photos and videos. I have gathered all the proper angles and have all the scaled dimensions ready.
Personally I have begun to model the antenna tower and a few smaller details but really need help with the surface modeling of the hull and other curved faces. Luckily this boat isn't too crazy geometrically so I think between us we can get pretty dang close to perfect.
End result will be a multi body CAD model that I will 3D print in either FDM or SLA (have both in-house) and then finish and paint to mimic the actual boat. The more detail the better so I have already begun to SLA print the antenna towers to check sizing/etc.
Some expert surface modeling help would be excellent! I work in Fusion 360 but as long as you can get me CAD files we should be able to make whatever software work so we can export the .stl's.
Thank you for your interest! It only allows me to attach one photo of the yacht so here's a Youtube video about it: https://youtu.be/KCYJob4iMwQ
The picture is an 'out of water' shot to help you see how fairly simple the hull is, not a ton of creases. I hope that helps!
