Now hiring someone to bring our dream to life through 3d renderings.
New small mom+pop, Brew-Pub (craft beer brewery and taproom) opening in North Miami Fl, USA in 100 year old house with Spanish architecture.
3d renderings will be used with request for grant money for the project from the City.
Renderings to include all equipment, landscaping and basic furnishings, as well as the flexibility to change color schemes and add artistic touches (ex – logos & murals to the walls).
We will provide for you:
-scaled 3D drawing of building created using Revit 2019.
– Scaled 2D drawing showing locations of all equipment
– Photos (internal & external) showing precise measurements.
– Specifications of each piece of equipment
– Project would start with equipment, furnishings and decor to be added once all main elements are in place
Attaching simple 2 D drawing for initial scope. Once hired, you'd get a google folder with all elements needed.
Hourly Range: $4.00-$7.00
