I need the follow photograph turned into a photo like rendition with a dark charcoal gray top part and a darker bottom part with darker trim to match the corners of the top part with the overall bottom color. The white banisters and posts need to be changed to larger cedar posts with black rod iron banisters.
On the left side of the house a single story addition needs to be added apx 2/3 of the overall width of the house. The banisters should extend from the front porch all the way around the top of the new addition.
There should be a swimming pool on top of that addition and patio furniture around the pool.
