CAD design of simple motorcycle parts – Upwork

I have sourced a steel laser cutting, bending and powder coating company in Poland (I am in Germany). But they cannot produce drawings.

I want someone that can work with me on product development. I have physical products to modify / improve. I nedd help get the products scanned (even better, show me how I can scan them so I do not have to send parcels to you), then work with me on my suggested changes to the design.
