We are launching an exclusive community/membership-led NFT collection that doubles as a 3D full body humanoid bee based fashion avatar collection.
Deliverables:
(1). 3D Modeling and Texturing: Convert the 2D character sketch into 3D textured final model (base character) including various angles (2D Sketch will be given).
(2) Develop 80 unique traits as per the concept idea designed by client (concept proposal will be provided upon agreement on the job offer).
(3) Generate unique 5,899 avatars with 30 to 35 selected traits and generate the rest of the traits (45-50) as individuals layered files.
Revisions:
The Artist commits to providing up to four revisions per stage without additional charges.
Key Considerations:
The artist should have experience in creating generative art base NFTs, high poly 3D avatars.
The traits should be original and not be based on existing IP.

Ownership and Rights:
Brands for Less LLC (Hereinafter referred to as BFL) (hereinafter referred to as “Client”)
The Artist acknowledges and agrees to transfer full and exclusive ownership of all NFTs created under this Work For Hire Agreement including associated rights and privileges. The Client shall possess unlimited usage rights, encompassing reproduction, distribution, public display, and derivative works.
The Artist commits to:
BFL holds full ownership of the developed products with unrestricted access to their usage.
The Artist refrains from creating digital or similar collections resembling the character/collection specified in this Work For Hire Agreement.
Approval from BFL is required for any promotion as the creator of the collection, with BFL having full discretion over approval.
Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) encompass various aspects including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and more, all of which are solely owned by BFL. The Artist relinquishes any rights to these IPR or any other works created under this Agreement.
