Job Description: We are looking for a skilled 3D Designer with expertise in Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion to create nice 3D renderings for our website. We have about 40 small shipping container products that we need rendered for our website. Each product will have 8-10 renderings of the interior and exterior. We will provide the Revit models. We need this person to make minor tweaks to the models, export to sketchup and apply materials, then render in Lumion. We have the a Lumion template ready to use and materials will be listed for all of the products. We will be sending products to work on at rate of about 5 per week.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality renderings.
– Make minor tweaks to provided Revit models to meet project specifications.
– Export Revit models to SketchUp and apply specified materials.
– Use Lumion to create photorealistic renderings of both interior and exterior views of our shipping container products.
– Ensure all renderings adhere to our company’s style and quality standards.
– Manage and prioritize multiple projects, delivering approximately 5 products per week.
– Communicate effectively with the team to ensure project milestones are met.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in 3D modeling and rendering.
– Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion. Knowledge with Photoshop is a plus.
– Must have access to Revit 2024/2025, the latest Sketchup, and the latest Lumion software.
– Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in architectural visualization.
– Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with shipping container architecture or modular construction.
– Familiarity with Lumion templates and material application.
– Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to 3D modeling and rendering.
