As you will see from the attached files we are designing a basement for a client with a studio office on-top of the basement. We need to edit the designs, so that they are in a suitable format for the planning permission process. The current drawings (see attached file Hamilton House (5-2-24) Final.pdf) the scale is wrong as you can see. See the attached example of what a drawing for a planning application should look like in England (see file Planning Example.pdf). The drawings as you can see must include a scale, north arrow, a sectional drawing of the basement showing its position underground. See attached various source files you can use, such as CAD, Sketchup and PDF files. Please note we need to add a fire exit to the drawing and the stairs drawn have a 200mm rise which for a basement needs to be 190mm to meet building regulations. As you can see the elevation drawings of the above ground studio need to show the external look of the building, with cladding and windows for example, as you can see in the Sketchup files.
