Exterior Renders – Upwork

Hello,

I hope you are doing well. We would like to redo the front entrance to our store. We sell home remodeling products. I’d like to see what it would look like with decking coming off the front entrance to cover the stairs and to create stairs with the decking. The decking should come out off the stairs to at least where the roof line is. The rest of the tile area would be paver stones with a synthetic turf in between them. We want to use the decking material from Califloors.com. Also, we will be putting two flag poles in place of the bush that’s in the front. One flag will be the American Flag and the second would be a Hawaiian flag. The handicap ramp should be a smoother surface so it could be the same paver but without the synthetic grass.
We also need some inspiration on what to do with the current synthetic grass area and how we can dress it up. We will not be changing building paint color but we can put something on the over hang ceiling to make it look nice. The whole idea is to make our commercial retail space look like an exterior home and using our products to give our customers inspiration. We also need suggestions for the railing system on the decking and also new railings for the handicap ramp.
Here is the address of the building: The address is 302 Sand Island Access Road Honolulu, HI 96819 . I have attached the images of the building as well.
Also please look at paver tiles from Emser Tile or Surface Art Tile or Daltile.

My budget for this project is $40 and I want this to be done within 2 to 3 days. Please attach your previous work of the exterior renderings you have done.

Looking forward.

Thanks.

Budget: $40
