We are looking for a skilled 3D designer to create 3D floor plans based on provided 2D floor plans. The project involves converting approximately 40 2D floor plans into 3D representations with consistent furniture, style, and finishes. The goal is to create visually appealing floor plans that accurately depict the layout and design of each space.

Responsibilities:
– Convert 2D floor plans into detailed 3D floor plans
– Ensure consistency in furniture, style, and finishes
– Deliver high-quality 3D renderings

Requirements:
– Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
– Strong understanding of architectural design principles
– Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
