I am seeking a talented Fusion360 designer to assist in creating 3D models of specific parts for injection molding, 3D printing, or CNC milling. The fabrication method is yet to be determined. The parts that need to be modeled are marked in red on the provided images. The goal is to make models for the manufacture of these parts and ensure they can be securely attached to the structural framing or ballast weight in the bottom of the designs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Model Specific Parts from Images in Fusion360 Designs:
– Analyze the provided Fusion360 models with the parts circled in red.
– Create accurate 3D models of the specified parts using Fusion360.
– Ensure that the models are suitable for the chosen fabrication method, whether it be injection molding, 3D printing, or other specified method.
– Integration with Structural Framing:
– Design the parts in a way that allows for secure attachment to the structural framing.
– Validate the structural integrity and fixation points to ensure the parts will function properly.
– Export for Manufacturing:
– Export the 3D models in appropriate formats for the chosen fabrication method, whether it be injection molding, 3D printing, or CNC milling.
– Validation and Adjustments:
– Validate the accuracy and manufacturability of the models.
– Make any necessary adjustments to ensure rigidity and seamless integration with the overall design.
Requirements:
– Proficiency in Fusion360.
– Experience working with 3D manufacturing processes.
– Ability to interpret and create models based on images.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Previous experience with similar projects.
– Strong problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and regular updates.
Timeline:
Due to time constraints, we require the completion of this work as quickly as possible. Our priority is to ensure the accuracy and manufacturability of the models, as well as their seamless integration with the structural framing and ballast solution.
