Hello. I have a project where I need to re-create a scene of Monaco Harbour with 2D paper cut-outs. I need someone to help design the scene and then provide the assets I can then send to a laser printing team to cut-out each part of the design. Please refer to the attached image to get a loose sense of the result I’m aiming for (note, this was from a previous project).
