I am in the early phases of building a house. To better understand inclinations/light/views, I would like to have the key characteristics of surrounding plots as a 3D model in twinmotion to play around with.
Starting with a google maps satellite image, I provide approx. measurements (e.g. estimated inclinations, sizes of neighbouring houses etc.) as input for your model (see attachment).
It is important that dimensions, sizes and distances are a decent approx. of reality. While some objects would be nice with more detail, others can be really coarse (see below).
I can provide the following additional info
– exact google maps location – streetview und satellite should contain most info
– 360 drone videos at 2 different heights if needed
– existing 3d model of the exterior shape of the house to be build as simple 3D model (.obj) and architectural layout plans for the house
– existing 3D model of plot based on a real topographical measurements (as sketchup file)

Comments to attached images:
(1) + (2) neighbouring houses can be kept very rough, just a cube with a roof is fine – just try to approx. proportions and exact positions
(3) please try to model the fence with more detail – I will include a picture
(4) + (5) please try to model the clearing and the woods with more detail/realistically – it is mostly pine trees, please see add. photos.
(7) nice to have: There are some mountain views (either from 360 drone video or google earth – see picture?) – is it possible to integrate those as a background in twinmotion?
– editable 3D models of terrain and rough buildings (1, 2, 3)
– open twinmotion file with the whole scene (esp 4,5 7 in better quality)
Follow-up potential: In the next weeks I would need further help with interior and exterior of the house. Interested in getting 3D modelling support throughout the planning phase of the project.
