3D modeling expert required to edit an incomplete mesh to look exactly like a silver trophy. – Upwork

There is an existing 3D model produced using photogrammetry of a 100 year old chess trophy. There are visible defects in the model the most obvious being the top half of the trophy. The detail work such as inscriptions of names in the lower half are mostly correct and won’t need extra work.

Here is a google drive link: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1_jrmpC-lFXygDgfMch1tz5laJGc3s3cb

It contains a USDZ format of the 3D mesh, a folder called reference images containing lots of images of the trophy from all angles and 2 images showing the top of the trophy.

The upper half of the trophy model needs to be modified to be smooth and accurate including fully replicating the crown on top of the trophy. Ideally, the colour of the trophy should match the images (silver). The base of the model (the bottom) needs to be black like the black rubber already visible.

The purpose of the model is for display on the web so a gltf output is required.

** Budget **

We’re willing to accommodate most financial expectations if you are proficient at photorealistic 3D modeling and believe you can complete the work to a high standard.
