Modify 3D model and provide toolpaths for 5-axis CNC Machining in Fusion360. Complex art sculptures – Upwork

I need someone to make any necessary modifications to my 3D model, and provide the NC program so that it can be milled on my 5-axis CNC machine. The model was originally created to be 3D printed, so we may need to separate some parts so that they can be machined (with the understanding that they will need to fit together to be assembled later.) For example, I was told the multiple heads might need to be separated to be milled. (I don’t want to make changes to the way the model looks, but rather separate any parts so that they can be milled separately but will look as if everything was milled as one piece once assembled.)

You must use Fusion360 and have the Machining extension.

I recently purchased a CNC machine but I don’t know how to use it yet. The company I bought the machine from does come out and help do the initial machine set up and training, and told me we can train using my models if they’re ready to cut – so I’d like to have this model ready for manufacture when they arrive.

The machine was recently delivered and I am in the process of setting it up.

Here’s what I’d like you to do:

– set up the job for my machine in Fusion
– Making any necessary edits to the 3D model so the sculpture can be milled with my machine.
– Choosing the proper tools
– Creating the toolpaths
– Setting up the automatic tool change operations
– Provide the cut files, 3D models, and CNC simulation files
– Providing the NC program to mill the sculpture in Fusion360

The goal will be to mill the sculpture out of wood or architectural foam.

I am attaching pics of the model, as well as my machine f3d and post processor. I have STL files and the model is currently separated into 3 parts (A base, the body, and the back). It is a relatively complex sculpture, so it is a big undertaking for an initial job on the CNC, but it should also be a great opportunity to learn my machine, the software, and get up and running.

Here is some information on the machine;
The machine is a Laguna Tools SmartShop 5-Axis. With a 4’x8’ XY-cut bed and a 36” Z-height.
