Photo Rendering with New Dock – Upwork

We are building a new dock and debating two dock concepts. The two concepts have the same layout. The difference is the roof style. We are between a Gable Roof with Arches or a Curved Skillion Shed Roof. There are pictures of the gable roof and curved skillion roof in the design ideas pdf.

I would like to create a couple renderings of both options so we can pick the style and give the builder direction. I only need renderings. No need for dimensions plan view type drawings.

Let me know your thoughts and estimated cost on this project. Pictures of existing conditions are also attached to support the rendering. Multiple pictures are included. No need to to use all of them. If a different vantage point is needed, let me know.

Design inputs for the rendering are also attached.

1) View of Dock from the land, looking towards the water, with the gable roof
2) View of the Dock from the water, looking towards the land/house, with the gable roof
3) View of Dock from the land, looking towards the water, with the curved skillion roof
4) View of the Dock from the water, looking towards the land/house, with the curved skillion roof

Timeline:
