We are an EPC solar company and need to have the execution schedule for an off grid solar project of telecom towers submitted using Primavera software.
Project expected duration is 210 days.
Kindly submit the detailed project schedule in Primavera covering the full scope of work, including permits & NOC activities.
Please assign budget cost to activities in the project schedule as per the BOQ and accordingly generate S-Curves ( Weekly & Monthly) for the Dashboard file.
Please follow the below WBS structure when preparing the schedule:
1. Milestones
2. Design
3. Procurement & Delivery of Materials
4. Infrastructure completion
5. Equipment Installation
6. Handover
Kindly make sure to update & send the Weekly Dashboard update every week by Friday COB (include pdf version of the schedule & xer. format) of the updated schedule in the report.
