We seek a highly skilled and dedicated 3D Render Artist to join our dynamic Interior Design (ID) team on a contractual basis. The successful candidate will create stunning, high-end architectural visualisations to bring our designs to life. This role is particularly well-suited for individuals who excel in the technical and artistic aspects of 3D rendering.

Responsibilities
Working directly with our interior design team and stakeholders to understand project specifications.
Assist in procuring and selecting furniture for CGI projects, ensuring design consistency and quality.
Create intricate 3D models of architectural designs.
Develop photorealistic interior and exterior renderings.
Optimise assets for real-time 3D walkthroughs.
Conduct post-production edits to enhance visual elements.
Ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards and guidelines.
Manage timelines and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in 3D rendering, particularly in architectural visualization.
Portfolio showcasing high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Skills Required
Profound understanding of light, texture, and spatial design.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
Proficiency in 3D modelling techniques.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in furniture procurement and selection for visualizations, ideally with their own reference library
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Software Proficiency Needed
Autodesk 3ds Max
SketchUp
V-Ray or Corona Renderer
Adobe Photoshop for post-production
Familiarity with Revit is a plus.
Payment and Contract Terms
This is a contract position, with payment commensurate with experience and project complexity. Candidates may be subject to a trial period to assess skill level and fit. A verifiable portfolio is required upon application.
