We expect you to undertake the 3D modelling from client supplied DWG files and pdf sets and then do the rendering.
We are seeking designers that can provide fantastic 3D Photorealistic Renderings like the samples attached, if you can’t achieve this level of quality render and realism please don’t apply

If you agree to the above pricing please quote for 1 x 3D Exterior ULTRA HD Day or Dusk image at $120 as this will be the first job and a test of your quality.
Please provide examples of your work especially with Exterior and Interior renders, and 3D tours and if experienced with Unreal samples of that work as well please include, as we have a huge demand for cinematic video tours which we package up with a 3d render still shot package.
