We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful recruiter to help a colleague, an American citizen, secure a fully remote job in account management based in the United States. This role is commission-based, with payment tied to successfully landing job interviews.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and apply for fully remote account management job opportunities based in the United States that allow work from anywhere in the world.
• Tailor applications and resumes to match job descriptions and requirements.
• Utilize various job search platforms, company career pages, and networking strategies to maximize interview opportunities.
• Communicate effectively to keep us updated on the progress and any potential leads.
Payment Structure:
• Payment will be provided on a per-interview basis.
• Specific details about the commission rate and payment cap will be discussed and agreed upon during the hiring process.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in job searching and recruitment, particularly in the field of account management.
• Excellent understanding of the U.S. job market and remote work opportunities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
