Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our Finance Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Tasks/Responsibilities

• Preparing and producing financial reports such as aged receivables, P&L, balance sheets, statements and other financial reports

• Identifying data irregularities to management

• Must have knowledge and experience of bookkeeping software, spreadsheets and databases such as Xero, Dext, Stripe, etc

• Reconciliation, preparation and lodgment of payroll tax (every month) and superannuation (every quarter)

• May be required to prepare forms reporting business tax entitlements and obligations such as the amount of goods and services tax paid and collected

• Managing the accounts payable function including the processing of invoices due for payment, handling daily banking activities and monitoring cash flow

• Reconciling accounts against monthly bank statements and keeping financial records

• Managing the accounts receivable function including the allocation of payments and posting them to various accounts

• Generating invoices and receipts

• Credit control of overdue payments

• Processing AUS and PH Payroll including timekeeping and other related payroll tasks

Hourly Range: $6.00-$7.00
