Independent Recruiter – Commission Only – Upwork

We are seeking an independent recruiter to join our team on a commission-only basis. As an independent recruiter, your main responsibility will be to source and attract top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including conducting candidate searches, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the recruitment process.
