Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates
– Collaborate with me to make final hiring decisions
-follow up with the new hire on their onboarding
I prefer phone interviews as the mode of screening, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable and experienced in this method. We will provide the mode of communication
This position requires working from 12 PM Pacific time to 6 PM Pacific time Monday to Friday, except US holidays.
Key Skills:
– Proven experience in interviewing
– Prior work in healthcare industry recruitment is a plus
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to assess candidate’s fit for specific roles
– Ability to use phone calls for interviews
This is a significant starting point for my recruitment process, so I need someone who is prompt, reliable and able to deliver quality candidates for consideration.
Hourly Range: $10.00-$15.00
