Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct two 30-minute live workout sessions per week, focusing on calisthenics and muscle strengthening exercises. I’d like to be able to do a muscle-up in the future.
I imagine you creating the workout plans and just telling me what I should do next during the session, counting the reps and scheduling rest times.
– Provide personalized coaching to integrate more movement and mobility into my daily routine of an office worker. We can have a talk after the session to improve in this area. When I say coaching I refer to the process of looking at my schedule and lifestyle together with me and support in rescheduling if necessairy, setting achievable goals with me, talking about potential mindset hurldes, being held accountable and getting nudges into the right direction.
– Monitor progress and adjust workout plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement and goal achievement.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a calisthenics coach or personal trainer with a focus on mobility and strength training.
– Knowledge of exercises and techniques to prevent and alleviate lower back pain.
– Ability to develop personalized workout and movement plans
– Strong communication skills for effective virtual coaching.
– Experience working with clients who have sedentary lifestyles.
– Ability to teach me how to do muscle-ups
– Reliable internet connection and ability to conduct live sessions at the specified time (07:20 CEST).
