We are seeking an experienced Organizational Psychologist to work with our AI team to design employee intervention strategies. Sorry, can’t say much more than that here, but as an Organizational Psychologist, you will be responsible for analyzing use cases where employees might benefit from interventions, attitude training or coaching, then creating tailored interventions to enhance employee performance and well-being. Your role will involve conducting assessments, designing and implementing development programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.
