We are in need of a skilled individual to take on Practice Management duties of a Private Psychology Clinic in Australia. The particular focus will be around the following:
– KPI measurements & analysis of practitioners
– FInancial measurement & analysis including understanding what is working well, what is not, suggestions for improvement, as well as looking at our budget, profit and loss
– HR duties (creation of policies, procedure documents, employment agreements, termination letters, leave balance analysis of staff)

These are the 3 primary components that I need fulfilled. With this, you will be in regular communication and meetings with the Director
Hourly Range: $15.00-$20.00
