Description:
We are a dynamic private equity firm specializing in sports, technology, entertainment, consumer goods, and minority stakes in professional sports teams. We are looking for an experienced consultant to help us identify and engage profitable small to medium-sized businesses in the US that have not yet sought public investment but show significant potential for growth with the right support.
Scope of Work:
Research and Identification:
Identify small to medium-sized US-based businesses with annual revenues between $50K and $150K.
Focus on companies with the potential to target a national audience through nationwide shipping or similar methods.
Look for businesses across diverse industries, excluding those already actively seeking public investment.
Engagement and Outreach:
Develop a strategy to approach these businesses and present our firm’s value proposition.
Craft compelling outreach materials to engage potential companies.
Build and maintain a list of potential companies and contact details.
Evaluation and Reporting:
Evaluate the suitability of identified businesses for investment.
Provide detailed reports on potential businesses, including financial performance, market potential, and growth opportunities.
Offer recommendations on the best approach to engage and secure these businesses.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in identifying and engaging small to medium-sized businesses.
Strong understanding of the US entrepreneurial landscape.
Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to craft persuasive outreach materials and strategies.
Familiarity with private equity and investment processes is a plus.
Hourly Range: $67.00-$150.00
