Responsibilities:
– Collaborate and configure Rippling accordingly
– Import and manage employee data in Rippling
– Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits
– Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes using Rippling
– Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues
Requirements:
– Proven experience in Rippling implementation and operations
– Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team
