Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top-tier technical talent, particularly in data engineering and DevOps. As a Technical Talent Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting the best talent to support our growth and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates for technical positions, with a focus on Data Engineering and DevOps roles.
Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Screen and evaluate candidates through the first stage by resume reviews and initial interview.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements for data engineering and DevOps positions.
Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the tech industry with a focus on Data Engineering and DevOps roles.
Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends in data engineering and DevOps.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience recruiting for AI and machine learning roles.
Knowledge of the logistics industry.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Hourly Range: $9.00-$30.00
