We are expanding our team to include highly skilled bookkeepers. We seek 3-4 outstanding professionals eager to join our dynamic team and bring their expertise to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain and manage accurate financial records and ledgers for a diverse range of clients
– Prepare, review, and present detailed financial statements and reports
– Create comprehensive financial report documents and provide actionable insights and suggestions
– Reconcile bank statements and handle accounts payable/receivable
– Ensure compliance with US and Canadian accounting standards and regulations
– Collaborate with our internal team to offer valuable financial insights and support
What We’re Looking For:
– Proven experience as a bookkeeper with a robust portfolio showcasing your work
– Demonstrated expertise in serving clients across various industries, including health, retail, eCommerce, real estate, and construction
– Proficiency in accounting software and tools relevant to US and Canadian accounting practices
– Strong grasp of bookkeeping and accounting principles
– Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently while seamlessly integrating with our team
– Experience in creating and analyzing financial reports and providing strategic recommendations
