Our company specializes in health promotions and operates globally with both local and international teams. We need your expertise to find the right candidates for the following key roles:

-Customer Service Representatives
Key Responsibilities:
-Craft and post compelling job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract top talent.
-Utilize advanced search techniques to identify and vet qualified candidates.
-Conduct assessments and interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
-Perform background checks and verify references.
-Ensure cultural sensitivity and understanding in the recruitment process, especially when sourcing international candidates.
-Navigate international labor laws and compliance requirements to ensure smooth and legal hiring practices.
-Adapt recruitment strategies to effectively hire for remote and distributed teams.
-Present us with top candidates for final interviews.
Expectations & Deliverables:
-Deliver a shortlist of vetted candidates for each role, focusing on those who align with our company culture and job requirements.
-Provide regular updates on the recruitment process and communicate any challenges or insights that may affect timelines.
-Coordinate with our hiring managers to ensure candidates meet the specific needs of each department.
-Complete all recruitment tasks within agreed timelines to keep our hiring process on track.
Required Skills:
-Proven experience in recruiting, ideally within the promotional products industry or similar sectors.
-Familiarity with various online recruiting tools and platforms, including UpWork, LinkedIn, and others.
-Strong understanding of cultural differences and the ability to tailor recruitment approaches accordingly.
-Knowledge of international labor laws and best practices for hiring remote and distributed teams.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Communication & Team Collaboration:
