We are an IT Managed Services Provider and support many companies with their technology needs.  What i am looking for is for someone to be a virtual assistant to owner and also provide customer service to our clients when they call in or email requests. In addition, also communicate with clients on tickets to help get them resolved and also perform call backs.  We need someone who is strong / fluent in English and has strong email composition skills as all of our work is documentation.  Ideally this individual would monitor a Zendesk queue and route the tickets and keep them updated by provided backup support to our technicians in order to help get the tickets resolved in a timely manner.  Managing the tickets to make sure they don’t become stale.  It would also be helpful (not required but can train) on performing light IT Help such as password resets and granting access to network resources.  This position could be anywhere between 10 to 20 hours to begin and ramp up (only because I will need more time to offload work) but would increase in hours and could possibly very well turn into full time.  We have done many intreviews on here and found there to be alot of applicants that are just not serious and unprofessional.  Please take the time to read the expectations so we don’t waste each others time.  We are serious about finding a candidate and are laying out the duties and potential for work hours here.   We are based in the US in CST.  Most of the work would need to be done during business hours but some can be done on off peak hours.  Thank you for your time.
