Looking for someone who can deal with incoming booking requests via email, answer the phone and deal with queries, place new bookings. Monitor existing bookings, passing the correct info to correct supplier / client and deal with any emergencies that come up.
We are a global VIP airport services company, we book and coordinate airport greeters to assist VIPs through the worlds airports.
Whoever takes this position must have impeccable English, written and verbal. Spelling and grammar must be 100%. Someone is able to use initiative but is very good at following processes, very friendly and responsive. Multi-tasking is essential. There is no room for error in our industry so extremely high attention to detail is also essential.
