We're looking for an experienced customer support agent to provide professional and friendly service through our email and live-chat channels. This person should have a passion for helping others and be able to stay calm under pressure.
This project requires:
– Customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
– Fluent writing skills in English and Spanish
Bonus points for:
* Previous experience with Zendesk or similar customer support software.
* Experience working on a remote team.
* Candidates located in North or South America.
