We are looking for someone to join our team in customer support for our various WordPress themes, plugins and other online marketing related support queries.
You will need to be good with people and work fast to resolve problems
Your main task will be to communicate and help our customers resolve basic issues like:
– Understanding their problem and letting them be heard and feel supported
– Making sure they have access (searching our database, getting login details etc)
– Checking they have things installed properly and their website is live etc.
You'll get basic training in regards to our products – you need to know what our software does and show an interest in those software tools, in order to help people understand them better.
If it's a technical issue you'll need to refer them to our tech team and work with them to resolve it for the customer. You won't be required to do any coding or major bug testing.
Our main goal is helping the customer find a resolution quickly, and as painfree as possible.
We use FreshDesk to assist our customers, text responses only (not live or via phone), so you need to have good English, polite manners and reasonably fast typing skills.
Hours are negotiable, we'd like fairly regular hours, but can set those based on your preferred timezone. You'll need to be available for at least 2 hours each day with the possibility of more work depending on what becomes available.
Reliability and keeping attitudes happy/positive and team-focused is a MUST.
