We're run a supplement business in Europe including Germany and are looking for a native level German customer support ninja. This would gig would require a daily commitment.
Our business is mostly based on Amazon so it would be awesome if you would have experience with Amazons Seller Central.
We've got a ongoing video library of the daily tasks you'll need to do, so you'll have all the training materials ready.
– Answering customer support emails
– Compiling a FAQ notebook from your answers
– Doing research to answer specific customer questions (this happens rarely)
– Refunding customers.
– Sending Purchase invoices to Customers
This would also include calling customers if need be. However, this would only happen if a customer is really unhappy with the service/product they got.
– Amazon Seller Central
– Google Drive
Overall work commitment per day would be 1-2 hours (max) 7 days a week. Sundays are off.
