For the right person, this will become a long term opportunity. The job responsibilities include::
– Respond quickly to guest messages via Airbnb app / website
– Message guests during their stay and answer questions as needed
– Approve booking requests and reservations
– Coordinate and schedule cleanings
– Coordinate and schedule repairs as needed
– Submit reviews after each guest checks out
– Check voicemails and respond as needed
– Follow up on weekly and monthly inventory with cleaners
– Assist in managing all aspects of the Airbnb business
You will be communicating with guests through either your mobile phone or computer via the Airbnb app or website. I am looking for someone who is fluent in English in both writing and speaking.
This job will be "on call" which means while you need to be available during the hours listed below, you won't be working that entire time. For example, one message may come in during an hour that you will need to take a couple of minutes to respond to but then no other work will be required during that hour.
