We are a small startup called Locumunity that connects job-seeking physicians with medical clinics. We are Canadian but currently exploring the US market. I am looking for a customer success lead/ virtual assistant who can help me:
– maintain customer service on the Canadian site while the 2 co-founders focus on the US expansion.
Duties include onboarding new employers onto the platform, reaching out to newly signed up physicians and employers, verifying physician credentials (a very simple process in Canada which involves checking an online database and reviewing uploaded documents), and actively trying to match physicians to pertinent jobs on the platform. To give you an idea of volume, we have 2-3 new usersign ups per day on average.
– answer any intercom or email questions by customers
-For ongoing placements, check in with both employer and physician at midway and end point (google type form surveys available), and invoice clinic biweekly on locum fees.
– virtual assistant tasks: may include helping with linked in messages, some social media tasks.
Any sales/marketing experience would be a plus
Expected hours ~5-10 per week
