I am looking for a customer service supporter for our shopify store. Our store has general products and various niches.
I need experienced person know how to use Zendesk, we use zendesk as support channel.
Daily task include:
– Checking emails and response accordingly, most question about shipping time and issue with products.
– Fulfillment: export orders file from Shopify and send to supplier, add tracking numbers to Shopify by Massfulfill, work with supplier to resolve any issue related to orders and products. Note total price of products on that day to a Google sheet file.
– Cancel orders and refund orders if it meets our store policy.
Working hours are flexible but must finish email respond within 24 hours. And fulfillment time must complete before 2pm GMT +7 daily (Exept Saturday and Sunday)
