Spanish Customer Services (by email) – Long Term, Part-Time – Upwork

We are launching a Spanish version of our English website and need a Native Spanish speaker who is fluent in English to provide us with our Spanish Customer Services. Our company is an established seller of personalised clothing and gifts.

The process will be:

We will provide training on how to use our systems for helping customers. This involves learning how we deal with certain questions/queries and how to use our orders page to perform certain necessary tasks etc.

You will reply to any customer questions/queries by email – we will provide help where necessary! To begin with you will also help out with English queries and customer service to gain a better understanding of how the process works.

Over time you will get a better understanding of the company and the sorts of questions that you will be answering! You will work closely with a member of our team who will get you up to speed with everything you'll need to know to do the job.

We are looking for someone to do this on a long term basis, starting in June 2018. It will be 'very part-time' – An hour a day to begin with, for a couple of weeks. Further down the line, when the Spanish website is producing more and more orders, an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon would be ideal. It will purely be dealing with emails – not answering phone calls. The successful candidate must be flexible – if there are lots of emails on a particular day and the work cannot be done in an hour or two, it would be great if they could be available to do extra hours. Flexibility is key! We will be available to help throughout. The odd translation from English to Spanish will also be asked of you when we need copy written for the website (ie with the launch of new products).

We would like to speak to any potential applicants over Skype; just so we can get to know more about you and have a chat before anyone is employed! An example of some written English and Spanish may also be required so we are sure you are up to the task!
