We are a Canadian-based hair care brand and we strive to provide EXCELLENT customer support! "Great" isn't good enough….we go above and beyond for each and every single customer!
We are looking for a CSR to take over our evening and weekend shifts (please note, we are on EST). Ideal shift would be 6pm-11pm EST + 8-16 hours on S&S (ideally 11am-7pm EST but we have some flexibility on weekends). If you want to work more hours, we can extend the weekday shift.
These are the skills set and attributes (in addition to curly hair) that you MUST possess:
– EXCELLENT writing skills (your spelling and grammar must be perfect, or close to it!)
– Detail-OBSESSED! (Yes we said obsessed! You are meticulous with your work and you don't miss anything)
– You LOVE customer service! This is the most important function in our company and we take it very seriously. So if you don't eat, breathe and loooove customer support, this is NOT the right job for you!
– Experience with social media platforms a MUST (most of your time will be spent communicating with our customers on Facebook and Instagram)
