I have 100's of Academic Articles in PDF form in Dropbox Folders and Subfolders that need to be imported into the Reference Manager app: Bookends (a mac app). I would like them tagged, based on the keywords given for each article and organized into smart folders within Bookends, based on those article's keywords. I have already started the file, with a few of the most important Smart folders. You can add more smart folders once you've imported a bunch of the articles and see the common themes that seem interesting to devote a smart folder to.
Experience with academic article reference managers is a must, and in what kind of meta-data is needed for citing articles in academic writing.
Many of the articles will have all the reference information needed, but some will require some additional look up online. The Bookends app helps with this a lot. KNowledge of how Bookends works is a HUGE plus. I will not be paying you to learn how to use the app.
Please describe your relevant knowledge, skills, and background that can allow you to efficiently and effectively help me get these articles into Bookends in an intelligently organized manner.
I do have a license to Bookends that I can share with you, but ideally, you already have your own. Bookends only runs on Mac.
Money-wise, I've made a proposal… Let me know what you would like to charge per hour for this service. I don't have a big budget for this, so I'll have to take this into consideration a lot.
Any questions? I look forward to your proposal
