Looking for someone to take care of HR IT aspects in Russia.
Payment for the work includes your hourly rate for the task description below, + a 5% HR commission (yearly salary of candidate) from a successful candidate placement.
– Positions include: marketing manager, data scientist, python developer (detailed descriptions available)
Perfect candidate for the job has direct HR expertise and can post on all major Russian websites (has a registered company / can satisfy verification requirements of those sites. Even better if you have your own employer accounts there).

– filter job candidates that fit the requirements
– receive hourly payment for the work of posting the actual job postings. (filtration of candidates is not included in the billed time, payment in commission).
The job will require paid placement of job posts on the job websites (as those usually require payment per job posting). All of the costs will be paid via Upwork, upfront, covering all Upwork fees + 15% on top of the costs (if the job costs $30 USD, you will receive $35 Upwork / bank fees). Reason: US / Canadian credit cards get instantly blocked on usage in other countries.
– The biggest need of the task is to cover ALL major Russian job sites, post the jobs there. Open to different offers for this task, as the main idea is to find the right candidates and get as much job visibility as possible. Main issue, since the jobs are remote, we run into verification issues + payment blocking on those sites.

I understand the task is a little bit different than usual, however can't find any other good way to post on Russian sites and recruit full time employees (upwork specializes on freelance only, need ONLY full time staff for specific projects at this point)
