Admin for Real Estate – Upwork


I am looking to bring someone on my team who is good at critical thinking and paying attention to detail. You also must have good English communication skills. The ideal person for this position is a leader, does the right thing without being asked, and goes above and beyond. I will provide a clear scope of work and videos for tasks. The ideal candidate is HONEST and a quick learner.

Examples of someone doing the right thing without being asked:
-Creating a standard operating procedure for a new task
-Creating a new way to complete a task more efficiently

Details:
-40-50+ hours per week
-5-6 days per week
-9am-5pm EST
-FULL TIME POSITION

The tasks will include:

Quality control reports
KPI Reports
List cleaning
List uploading
Skip tracing
Find LLC owners
CRM weekly check
Checking phone numbers for spam
Fixing CRM sequences
Updating contacts in CRM
Creating accounts for new employees
Data entry

Requirements:
-Fluent in English
-Excel Experience
-Good communication skills
-ATTENTION TO DETAIL
-Naturally organized
-Stable Wifi Connection

Not required but major plus
-Degree in computer-related field
-Real estate admin experience
