We’re looking for an honest, hard-working, task-oriented administrative assistant who can help alleviate the CEO’s day-to-day activities in a fast-paced growing marketing company. If you are looking to clock in and clock out as an employee this is NOT for you.

We need someone assertive, self-motivated, and ready to take charge and own the job role. You will also be required to laugh at all jokes made by the CEO, send “The Office” Gifs and quote Dwight K Schrute and Michael Scott on a daily basis 😉
Key characteristics we are seeking in an executive assistant:
– Positive attitude, pleasant to be around, optimistic
– Honest, ethical, reliable, and able to show discretion & confidentiality when needed
– Self-starter with the ability to accomplish tasks with little direct supervision
– Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize/schedule
– Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
– Detail-oriented – catch the small things. Ex: data entry, managing people
– Familiar with Google Drive (Docs & Sheets) and Tech Savvy
– Creative and the ability to think on own and come up with new processes
– Flexibility regarding special needs (additional tasks, overtime, etc.)
– Strong public and telephone skill
We are seeking an administrative assistant who would do the following duties (this is not an exhaustive list and the primary objective is to provide assistance and alleviate the load of the CEO):
– Assist CEO with inbox management (email filters, organizing, and responding).
– Setting appointments
– Act as a gatekeeper (phone, email, messages, etc) to the CEO. Communicate with clients, prospects, confirm appointments, follow up, creating rapport, etc…)
– Assist CEO in calendar management by coordinating and scheduling meetings, travel, and events.
– Assist in maintaining all platforms and systems (CRM – OODA Pro/GHL, Project Management – Asana)
– Research projects and gather marketing/advertising information as needed
– Organize and prepare documents, presentations, proposals and spreadsheets
– Handle Customer Service inquiries for Digital Products
– Create Agendas for meetings and create notes and follow-up tasks for attendees
Hourly Range: $5.00-$15.00
