### Job Description: Accounting Virtual Assistant with Social Media Expertise

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Accounting Virtual Assistant with a strong background in accounting and social media management. The ideal candidate will handle various accounting tasks while also managing and optimizing our social media presence. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a knack for engaging with online communities.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

**Social Media Duties:**
– Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies.
– Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
– Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance.
– Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with business goals.
– Assist in developing and managing social media advertising campaigns.

**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant accounting role.
– Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks).
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
– Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills:**
– Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing tools.
– Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
– Experience in digital marketing and online advertising.
