TIME SENSITIVE OPERATIONS
– Receive incoming calls from cleaning company, guests, maintenance companies and handle it
– Monitor incoming messages from guests and respond using templates or handle it
– Manage any service calls for the day and handle the vendors ensuring they get job completed
– Verify any issues with automated scheduling. Verify property cleaned before checkin
– If booking received on Booking.com or VRBO – make sure it is blocked in Guesty
OTHER OPERATIONS
– Review Sub-tasks from cleaning company and handle it or add to Work Order sheet
– Review guest feedback and add to Work Order sheet
– Weekly cleanup of Work Order sheet and create Work Order for maintenance team
– Daily check of clean schedule and monitor if they are done on time
– Inform guest of any issues when they arrive
– We can add additional responsibilities as we build a rythm on the above tasks
This is a one month trial project that could extend for many months. We are looking for an intermediate-level expert who can effectively manage our Airbnb listings and ensure a positive experience for our guests.
