About Us: We are a dynamic organization that already uses Airtable but also relies on Trello for some projects. We are looking to consolidate our project management tools and make full use of Airtable’s capabilities.
Scope of Work:
1. Airtable Setup:
* Configure Airtable to suit our specific project management needs.
* Create necessary tables, fields, views, and relationships to mirror and enhance our Trello boards’ functionality.
* Ensure Airtable is set up for easy use by our team, with user-friendly interfaces and automation where applicable.
2. Migration from Trello:
* Transfer data from three Trello boards to Airtable.
* Ensure all tasks, lists, labels, and attachments are accurately migrated.
* Maintain data integrity and organization during the migration process.
* Adjust and refine the Airtable setup post-migration to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
3. Optimization and Automation:
* After completing the initial setup and migration, help clean up and streamline existing Airtable bases.
* Create and implement automations to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
* Proven experience with Airtable setup and customization.
* Strong knowledge of Trello and experience with data migration between project management tools.
* Attention to detail to ensure accurate data migration.
* Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with our project manager.
* Availability for an estimated 10-15 hours over the next few weeks.
* Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in migrating data from Trello to Airtable.
* Ability to suggest and implement Airtable best practices.
* Familiarity with automation tools and integrations within Airtable.
