Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative SMS marketing strategies to engage with customers and promote our products/services.
Use Aloware to create, send, and monitor SMS campaigns, ensuring all messages are in line with our brand voice and compliance standards.
Segment target audiences and personalize messages to increase campaign effectiveness.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and analytics.
Analyze campaign outcomes and provide reports on key performance indicators, such as delivery rates, open rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive communication strategy.
Stay updated with SMS marketing trends, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
Manage and maintain the SMS marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
Handle customer responses and feedback efficiently to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with SMS or mobile marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in using SMS marketing tools, with a strong preference for candidates experienced with Aloware.
Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to convey messages succinctly and persuasively.
Understanding of marketing analytics and metrics.
Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of compliance and regulations surrounding SMS marketing (e.g., TCPA, GDPR).
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Hourly Range: $5.00-$10.00
