Virtual Assistant/Cold Caller Needed for Appointment Setting in Septic Tank Maintenance Industry
Description:
Hello!
I am in need of a dedicated virtual assistant/cold caller who can assist me in scheduling septic tank maintenance/cleaning appointments with clients in Florida. This is a remote position, and you will be provided with a calling list containing clients’ names, phone numbers, and addresses.
Responsibilities:
Cold calling prospective clients from the provided list to schedule septic tank maintenance/cleaning appointments.
Generating 4-5 appointments per week.
Learning the specifics of the septic tank maintenance industry to engage in knowledgeable conversations with clients.
Conducting calls in both English and Spanish (fluent and clear English is a must).
Managing appointments and client information using CRM software or Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.
Requirements:
Fluent and clear English communication skills.
Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
Previous experience in appointment setting and cold calling.
Proficiency in using CRM software or Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel for managing appointments and client information.
Availability for a Zoom call prior to job offer setup.
