When we onboard new clients we allocate recourses (design, copy, project management, build, training, etc) and an amount of time for the project (typically 45 days).
We use Asana for project management and Toggl for time tracking.
We are manually managing (using Excel) the 30 or so projects on the go at any one time and estimating when there will be availability of resources to take on the next project(s).
We may be underutilising Asana and any integration opportunities with Toggl that may be available … but we need to get to a stage where things are less manual from a planning perspective. Maybe this is better using Asana with Toggl, or maybe we need to use a new tool (?)
In the first instance, we want to engage someone to guide how to better use Asana from a project planning perspective, and whether there are any opportunities to integrate Toggl too.
The person we are looking for is likely very tech-savvy and knows Asana inside out.
Hourly Range: $12.00-$999.00
